My principles: All courses & company in-house trainings target various participants. According to the basic knowledge of participants all courses can be adapted to:
In all courses and company in-house trainings I try to transfer at the same time my practical knowledge, acquired at L’Oréal , and my theoretical as well as conceptual knowledge coming from my MBA and doctoral studies. Courses and in-house trainings could be completed by practical case studies. Some of the best ones are put on my website in order to construct a large information database about different companies, sectors and countries (accessible to all former participants). |
