My principles: 

All courses &  company in-house trainings target various participants. According to the basic knowledge of participants all courses can be adapted to: 

  • Company in-house trainings (top & middle managers)
  • Under-Graduate students
  • Fulltime or part-time MBA students (including to company top & middle managers)
  • PHD/ Doctoral seminars

In all courses and  company in-house trainings I try to transfer at the same time my practical knowledge, acquired at L’Oréal , and my theoretical as well as conceptual knowledge coming from my MBA and doctoral studies. Courses and in-house trainings could be completed by practical case studies. Some of the best ones are put on my website in order to construct a large information database about different companies, sectors and countries (accessible to all former participants). 

Important: For companies which desire to have deeper advice after the in-house training I can commit in consulting activities together with our research group of IRGREM (International Research Group for Relationship and E-Marketing) supported by the universities Toulouse 3 Paul Sabatier, Pau, Lille and Karlsruhe.
